In the TWN Bullhead City office, Jessica Pennell made a big difference for a customer struggling to schedule installation around important appointments. Jessica took the time to work through the challenges and find a solution that worked.
While schedulers don’t always get the spotlight, Jessica’s commitment to providing superior service ensured one more customer stayed connected and cared for.
